The final billing for fiscal year 2024 is on June 24th. Starting June 25th, we will implement a new sample number format to include the fiscal year. The new format will be as follows:
- Health Samples: 25-H10001, 25-H10002, etc.
- Quality Samples: 25-Q10001, 25-Q10002, etc.
- Additional Quality Samples: 25-T10001, 25-T10002, etc.
When requesting information about a sample, provide only the six-digit number following the 25- prefix (e.g., H10001, Q10020). Staff will be able to locate the sample with this information.
