  • Preview Option: Prior to mailing, a scanned copy of the official certificate will be emailed to the requester.
  • Shipping Information: Unless specified, official certificates are sent via US Mail. International customers must provide a shipping account for timely delivery.
  • Processing Time: Typically, processing takes 2-3 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend this timeline. Rest assured, if any delays occur, our staff will promptly notify you.
