Current customers

Please include your ISU Seed Laboratory account number on all correspondence and sample submissions. Providing your account number helps our Customer Care team quickly and accurately identify your account and process your samples.

This is especially important because we have customers who may have the same or similar company names but different addresses. Your account number ensures that your samples and correspondence are associated with the correct account.

Your ISU Seed Laboratory account number begins with CST-00XXXXX.

Always include your ISU Seed lab number (CST-00XXXXX) on your submission form.

For your convenience, we offer various options for submitting seed sample information:

Note: All incoming packages are processed through a central receiving facility before being delivered to the Seed Laboratory. Because of this additional step, there may be a delay between the carrier’s delivery notification and when your package arrives at the lab. 

Please allow additional time for your samples to reach us after the tracking status shows “delivered.”
