Seed Health Official Certificate Requests
Customer Care has seen an increase in requests for Seed Health Testing official certificates that contain a blue ink signature and an Iowa State University Stamp. Here are some items to note about Official Certificates:
- Official certificates are sent by request only.
- Charge for official Certificates is $10.00 per copy
- A scanned copy of the official Certificate will be emailed to requestor prior to being sent to customer.
- Official certificates are sent by US Mail unless customer provides shipping information.
- All International customer requests for an official certificate require a shipping account to ensure timely delivery.
- Processing time is normally 2-3 business days. Extenuating circumstances may delay this timeline. If this happens, our staff will advise you ASAP.

Trait Testing Delays
Our Trait Lab Manager has advised Customer Care that the lab has had a large influx of trait testing samples in the last month. The lab is working through these samples as quickly as possible. If you have sent in a trait testing sample and it arrived after January 24th, please allow at least 10 days from today for your results to post. Thank you for your patience!
