E-Transfer

We have been encouraging our customers to utilize our E-transfer form, especially for shipments of 10 or more samples. The form allows us to automatically upload sample information into our database. By uploading the form, we reduce human error and streamline the processing time of the samples.

There are two versions of the form for both health and quality testing. To use the form, please fill out the account and crop information as you would on a typical form, and for the tests requested, use the test codes provided on the E-transfer form. If you are requesting a test that is not listed, please type out the full name of the test in the test column.

Short Staffing

Please note that the Customer Care office will be experiencing limited staff for the next month. The staff in the office will respond to email and phone inquiries as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your patience as there may be a slightly longer waiting time than usual.

Rush Requests

Currently, we are unable to fulfill rush requests. We process the samples on a first come, first serve basis. However, we work to do everything we can to limit the waiting time on samples. If you are sending in several samples and would like one of them to be tested prior to the others, you can include the note “priority” on that sample. Thank you!
