Beginner Purity Workshop Aug 2023
About the Workshop
This will be an introductory course to Purity Analysis; participants with little to no experience will be able to learn the basics in an open-minded setting. We will learn how to apply the AOSA Rules to a variety of different species and scenarios commonly encountered in the lab. We will also learn the importance of sampling, Seed Identification and about the different tools used to make purity analysis faster, easier and more accurate. Topics will be accompanied by worksheets to work through problems, as well as hands on samples.
