Getting Test Results
Access your report as soon as your seeds are tested.
At the ISU Seed Laboratory, we understand that timely access to accurate test results is important to your business. We are committed to providing reliable seed testing results and making it easy for you to receive your official Report of Analysis (ROA).
We offer three convenient ways to receive your results.
Email – our preferred method
Receive your official ROA electronically by email. Be sure to provide the appropriate email address(es) on your submission form so results are sent only to the people who need them. The primary contact listed on your account will always receive the official ROA.
myCySeed – results at your fingertips
Access your sample information and results electronically through our customer portal, myCySeed. View sample status, preliminary results, and completed ROAs online, and export information to Excel for your own use.
US mail
If we do not have an email address on file, Customer Care staff will print and mail your official ROA. Reports are mailed within two business days of receiving the completed results from the laboratory.
Whichever method you choose, our goal is the same: to get your results to you accurately, securely, and as quickly as possible.
